All of our courses are delivered digitally (online videos, materials, and training sessions). Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The course cannot be accessed due to technical errors on our platform.
  • The video or material is proven to be faulty or not delivered as described.

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected], and we will investigate the issue. If confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
