About Course

Do you often feel

  • Dizzy or light-headed

  • Low in energy or easily fatigued

  • Heavy in the body, gaining weight easily

  • Emotionally unsettled or tense

  • Concerned about high blood pressure

This is not simply “getting older.”
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these are signs that Qi (vital energy) is not flowing smoothly. Stress, inactivity, emotional strain, and hormonal changes can block the body’s natural rhythm. Over time, this shows up as fatigue, dizziness, weight gain, and unstable blood pressure.

Tai Chi is not intense exercise — it is a gentle way for the body to heal itself.

Course Philosophy

This class combines Health-Focused Tai Chi and Gentle Qigong, emphasizing:

  • Slow movement – safe for the heart and blood vessels

  • Softness – protects joints and muscles

  • Stability – calms the nervous system and supports healthy blood pressure

  • Flow – improves circulation of Qi and blood

The goal is not perfect form, but a body that feels comfortable, calm, and balanced.

 Who This Class Is For

  • Older adults and seniors

  • People with high blood pressure, dizziness, or low energy

  • Individuals who are overweight or feel heavy and sluggish

  • Those who haven’t exercised in a long time

  • Anyone seeking a safe, gentle, and sustainable wellness practice

No experience required. No flexibility or fitness level needed.
