About Course

Time:
Any time of the day. For best results, practice in the morning or evening when your body and mind are calm.

Place:
Choose a quiet, comfortable space with stable, non-slippery ground. Avoid direct wind or cold air.

Clothing:
Wear loose, breathable clothing that allows free movement.

Shoes:
Soft, flat shoes or bare feet are both fine. Cloth shoes are recommended for better balance and comfort.

Sequence:
Follow the guided sequence of movements in order. Each movement works together to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance to your neck and shoulders.

Frequency:
Practice at least 5 times per week. Even 10–15 minutes daily can bring noticeable improvement.

Intensity:
Keep movements gentle and mindful. You should feel relaxed and slightly stretched, never strained.
If you have a weak constitution or neck sensitivity, reduce the range of motion or frequency, and gradually increase as your body adapts.
Mild soreness in the beginning is normal — it will ease as your muscles and joints regain flexibility over the following days.

Recommendation:
Stay consistent. Combine the Neck Release practice with calm breathing and a peaceful mindset to enhance sleep quality, relieve tension, and maintain long-term spinal health.
